Cover-2-Cover

A few months ago, my Dad calls me and said that Greg and I need to read a couple of books. He lingered over the phone as if to say, I mean right now. I said OK Dad, thinking that I would read them when I got the chance. (School was just finishing up and the last thing I wanted to do was read!) He said that after we were done, we would all discuss the books’ contents. Well, two months later, I finally began to read the first book, The Traveler’s Gift by Andy Andrews. I must say that it grabbed my attention and provided refreshing sparks of inspiration! The next read was The Shack by WM. Paul Young. Just as compelling, it renewed my relationship with God. With insight from the book, I am able to further experience Elohim (look it up) in a way that I never thoroughly explored. The book provided me with a not-so-humanly-tainted view of God and how he relates to and with us, all within a fictional framework.

Enough said.

We have not had our family book review yet (still waiting on Mom & Greg to finish up.)

So read them for yourself!
